Hello,
I had gone through your reports and problem. Be assured that i will try my best to guide you properly.
According to your reports, i would say that this kind of reports of liver enzymes are seen most commonly in fatty liver. Heptral tablet mainly contains methionine and it improves liver function, so you can continue with that drug treatment, It will not have adverse effects to your health.
Coming to your lipid profile reports, it has improved alot in last one year. I would suggest you to follow few life style modifications like do regular walking for at least 20 minutes, avoid oily and junk processed food, take healthy diet including fruits and green leafy vegetables, do meditation daily, etc. Vitamin C and E are antioxidants and it helps to fight against any kind of inflammation. You can take vitamin C one tablet daily for a month.
Stick to this life style modifications and i would also suggest you to take statin group of drug for 3 months. As this is a prescription medicine, you can contact a local physician. Repeat the SGPT and lipid profile after 4 to 6 months and come back to me with your reports, so i can guide you further.
Hope this will help and feel free to ask any of your further queries. Wish you a healthy life ahead.
